Importance & Tips of Well Trained Staff

They say that 'A yacht is as good as her crew' to give u a fair idea of the importance and the difference a well trained staff can make, kindly have a look at the presentation below to understand the possible impacts due to lack of quality manpower. i have also mentioned tips on how one can avoid such kind of serious mishaps.

Surprised?

Imagine a boat which costs approx US$ 3,675,050 being completely shattered right in front of your eyes. In this case I am assuming that the client pay for the damages as normally it is the responsibility of the yacht manufacturer to bring it till the water in one piece, but this is not the case all the times.

Here are a few tips to ensure you do not face any similar situation –

Background Check – its very important to make sure you do a thorough back ground of your prospective employees as one can even ascertain the credibility of the individual.

Regular training – training is the most important and ongoing process that every company needs to practice. Training would include –

Training of new products – information on the latest products nationally and internationally.

Training of new technology – information, handling and maintenance of latest technology available in the market.

Training of market conditions globally – current affairs, future predictions, economies, inflation etc anything that is indirectly related to the industry.

Update technology – with new times comes new technology, it is very important to be updated at all times with the latest technologies that are available to provide a better service to the client. Use of correct and latest technology is what really could be a decision making factor for clients.

Seminars/ workshops – hold seminars for crew members, one can also get guests who could include industry experts

Do let me know if there is anything that can be added.
